I am having problems registering for updates - what should I do?

Local Partnerships Public Services endeavours to provide a robust, user friendly website for all users. If, however, you are experiencing difficulties with our registration section, please follow the suggested guidelines below:

You must ensure that you have populated all the required fields on the form with valid data. If you omit a required field or enter invalid data (in the email field for example) the form should display an error message informing you of what entries you need to amend.

If you feel your form has been completed correctly but are still experiencing problems then try refreshing the page or browsing to other pages and returning to the registration page a little later.

If you continue to encounter issues with your registration then please close down your browser window and open it up again to restart your session. Alternatively, you can report any issues you may have to portaladmin@partnershipsuk.org.uk , detailing your problem and we will look into the matter as soon as possible.  We will endeavor to find the source of the issue and will reply to your email with details of what you can do next.


I do not have a login to the secure members' area - how can I get one?

All logins to the secure members’ area are created by Local Partnerships, for organisations that are signed-up to specific programmes.

If your organisation is signed up to one of our programmes and a member of staff requires a login to a portal members’ area, that individual must contact their Programme Manager and agree that a login is required.

Once this has been agreed, the Programme Manager will inform Local Partnerships and we will generate a login for the individual.


I am having problems logging into the secure members' area - what should I do?

If you are having problems logging into the secure members area then please retype your username (usually your email address) and password, remembering that the password field is case sensitive. If your username and / or password are incorrect an error message should popup detailing the reason why your login failed.

If you are unsure of your username or password then you can use the password retrieval system by clicking on the ‘Forgotten your details link?’ Once you enter your email address on this page, a reminder email will be sent to that address displaying your username and password details.
