Welcome to Local Partnerships Public Services

The Local Partnerships Public Services (LP PS) team works across the public sector. We support Government and public bodies to put in place stronger environments in which to buy public services that meet people’s needs; and to create a well-balanced market of public, third sector and private providers to supply these services to a high standard and in a cost-effective way.

We provide advice at the policy level and we help those at the local level with hands-on support to implement new policies on the ground. In doing this work, we invest our own resources, at risk, to shape public services markets.
